Captain Norwood of the 4th Maryland Regiment was court martialed at Pawling 29 Sept 1778 for conduct unbecoming an officer and other charges. He was convicted and discharged from the service. Washington Paper 12:524
[I don't know which Norwood this was, but I'm assuming that the odds are very good that it was one of these sons.]

Joshua DORSEY Captain and Ann RIDGELY were married on 16 May 1711 in MD.^57,63,64 Ann RIDGELY, daughter of Henry RIDGELY and Katherine GREENBURY, died on 11 December 1771.⁵⁷

55	ix.	Sarah DORSEY was born on 27 May 1733 in Anne Arundel Co, MD.⁶⁷ She died after 1771 at the age of 38.
56	x.	Charles DORSEY was born on 11 November 1736 in Anne Arundel Co, MD.^68,69 He died before 1770 at the age of 34.⁶⁸
