Barnabas Hammond, seventh son of Samuel, was a farmer, and lived on the old homestead of his father. The old house built by him in 1767 is still standing, fairly well preserved. (1894)

Barnabas HAMMOND and Susanna HAMMOND were married on 14 March 1721/2 in Rochester, Plymouth, MA.^131,132 Susanna HAMMOND, daughter of Nathan HAMMOND and Alice POPE, was born on 24 March 1701 in Rochester, Plymouth, MA.^63,133
