Alexander ROBERTS was born on 28 May 1773 in Amherst Co, VA.224,230,476,477 On 26 January 1804 he acquired 326 acres Rockfish in Amherst Co, VA478 He served in the military Cornett - induction and discharge in 1814 at War of 1812 in Virginia.479 On 28 July 1823 Alexander became the ward of Guardian Bond for Thurmond orphans in Nelson Co, VA480 230 He died on 24 November 1851 at the age of 78 in Nelson Co, VA.481 He was a Justice of the Peace in Nelson Co, VA.482 Alexander ROBERTS and Sarah SHEPHERD were married on 20 February 1797 in Amherst Co, VA.477,483,484 They477,483,484 appeared in the census in 1850 in Nelson Co, VA.476 Sarah SHEPHERD was born in 1776 in Virginia.
