I give and bequeath to my niece(sic) Eunis Whitney Ten acres of the land I own near German Town Shelby County Tennessee in fee simple, the part with the house on it. I give to my niece(sic) Carrie Crittle five acres of the same tract lying directly south of the home place fronting on the public road. I give five acres to my three sisters, Mattie Turner, Carrie Harris and Gazella Glover to be equally devided(sic) between them I appoint Eunice Whitney of this my will without bond she is excused making report or settlement with court. I do this my last will and testament, this Feb. 16th 1932. Emma Roberts Signed in our presence as and for the last will testament of the testatrix in our presence we signed her presence in the presence of each other and at her request.
